Wrapping over Content

Whilst technical content is important, often how it's presented or packaged makes the greater difference. Plenty of people have something rubbish to say but say it well, whilst others have something incredible to say but say it poorly. We suggest how you say something matters more than what you say. This means engaging an audiences emotions and imagination and not just focusing on logic and rationality. The truth is that people rarely change behaviour or make decisions for logical reasons.
